Advice?

I need to have a toilet removed, new flooring put in, and a new toilet put in. The sequence needs to happen in that order. When I talked to a plumber about it, he said that the flooring person would remove the toilet. However, some flooring people want the toilet removed before they put the flooring in. What should I do?

I don't know if it'll make a difference if I work with Home Depot or not. If I have to pay to have the toilet delivered, the cost might be equivalent to hiring a plumber elsewhere. I'm not sure yet where I'll get the flooring too.

Removing a toilet is really not a big deal, so indeed the flooring person might do it.
