I received my stuff

days_unfoldingThe movers brought my stuff today. They were late, but I figured that they would be. While I was waiting, the woman who manages the storage place checked to see if I'd be all right while the office was closed for lunch. I thought that was nice.
There's an aisle free down the middle of the storage space, but the space is filled more than I thought that it would be. There was one mishap when a bookcase fell apart. I didn't bother to list it as "damaged" because I wouldn't get much money back for it.
My mom and I made a dent in unpacking the boxes that were brought to her place.
It's been a long day.
Mom is going to Chicago tomorrow through the weekend, so I'll be alone. I have a list of things to do. We'll see how much I get done.
