Danbury has the lowest square footage. However, it's on the fringes of Bloomington and away from everything. It would have the shortest commute though.

I didn't think about cats exploring chimneys. The fireplace that I had in California had glass doors. Harlee won't go up the chimney, but if she and Zara learn to get along, and I let Zara out, I could see Zara going up there. I'll have to find a way to block it off when I'm not using it.
