Just One More Step...

I've been feeling kind of depressed and overwhelmed tonight. It didn't help that when I took a nap and woke up, Zara, who had been eating, dashed over to hide in the corner. I don't want her to be scared of me; I just want to keep her safe. But later, she snuggled up to me, which helped.

I don't know if I need a support group or what, but I need some help to keep putting one foot in front of each other and trudging through. I realize that messing with my sleep didn't help.
