Vegetarian

I was mulling over vegetarianism again today. One problem is that I cook sometimes, but rely on frozen foods a fair amount, and there's a limited amount of frozen vegetarian food. If I want to cook, it's another story. The New York Times posted recipes for a vegetarian Thanksgiving, and the Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Winter Squash Hash sounds awesome. Maybe I should make it for Thanksgiving.

I suppose that I don't have to go either/or. I could start by making more vegetarian meals, and see how it goes.
