Zara is on my lap, and doesn't want to get off. I don't think that hyper-productive people have cats. I'm also fighting a bad case of "I don't want to clean".

 

The atomic clock in the kitchen doesn't think that it's Daylight Saving Time. I reset it to the correct time, and it sets itself back. Technology....

 

Scrubbed litter boxes. Pretreated more of the carpet. Tried to get Harlee to calm down.

 

I've been listening to the Ted Talk Guide to Public Speaking while cleaning. It referenced a Ted Talk by Sherwin Nuland about electroshock therapy. Wow, what a powerful talk. When I've been in Toastmasters, the first speech is an introduction to yourself, and I've been stuck because the only way that my life makes sense is to discuss my mental illness. This talk gives me a model of how to go about it.
