Mom's Short Visit

Mom was upset because she broke a glass tray that I had, but that's okay. I didn't have a great spot for it anyway.

We ate breakfast and chatted, and now we're napping while my clothes finish drying.

Not sure what to do about the sewing-machine-to-be. I have a futon in the office that I'm thinking of getting rid of and putting the sewing machine there, but Mimi likes the futon.

Mom and I went out to eat at Culver's. Then we napped again :)

Made peanut-butter cookies for Mom. They couldn't be simpler to make (from a mix). I'm going to send the rest of the cookies back with Mom.

We went to McDonalds and I had a snack. We got back quickly so that Mom can get a good night's sleep before her long drive. I was watching a Facebook Live by the Disney guy, and Mom asked what I was watching. I explained, and she pulled out a printout about the new Star Wars area at Disney.

I let the cats sit on my lap and perused Facebook and LJ on my phone. Time to crash.

I got caught by a phishing scheme that said that my Netflix payment didn't go through. Usually I check the link address, but not this time. Luckily, the browser caught it as fraudulent. Oops.
