Little things

I have a spinach, asparagus, mushroom, and chicken casserole in the oven. More heavenly smells.

I'm really enjoying the cooking, even though it's taking me three times as long as it would if I knew what I was doing. However, I really was startled earlier to find that I was really enjoying doing the dishes. Sometimes it's just good to be alive.

Mmmm - lose the asparagus and it sounds delish ;)

In fact, I'm picturing chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and mushrooms. Might make good frozen dinners. Hmmmm ;)

It's chicken breasts cut into strips and mixed with mushrooms, topped with sour cream, on top of the dreaded asparagus (which is mixed with garlic), which is on top of spinach. If it tastes as good as it smells, it'll be really good. And yes, I should have plenty to freeze.

Hey - you hadn't mentioned sour cream or garlic! And where's the onion? Yum!

It was more like a stew than a casserole, but it was good. Onion would add to it. So would more garlic-;)
