Bach Rules!

I had problems falling asleep last night. I finally got up and took a valerian, which worked. Woke up feeling better than yesterday.
I didn't put Zara's food in the exact right spot, and she was refusing to eat. I moved the food, and now, apparently it's okay. Cats! She's refusing to eat her food. Great. No, she was just taking a breather.
Speaking of Zara's food, Chewy is having problems with contacting my vet about her prescription food, so I need to call them.
I'm trying to figure out what to do today. I need to pick up a few things at the store. I want to practice piano (and guitar and voice). I need to do math homework. I want to do some decluttering and move the treadmill. And plant lettuce and spinach? Maybe I'll do that tomorrow. Oh, and watch my concert on demand because it's about to become unavailable.
Holy cow. It's supposed to hit 80 F on Tuesday. We tend to have a short spring around here. Need to do some mending of summer clothes.
Had a nice nap and lunch. Then I was looking for my cauliflower soup recipe on Pinterest. I was looking and looking. Then I remembered that I got it out of a cookbook. How low-tech of me.
Hmm. I'd prefer to go to the store tomorrow, but it's Easter. I guess that I could call Walmart and find out their hours. "Business as usual". I made a grocery list.
I listened to the Music of the Baroque concert, including Bach's exquisite largo (for two violins in D minor), which is my favorite piece of classical music and inspired me to take violin lessons until I discovered that it hurt my hands. They're doing Bach's Brandenburg Concertos later this month. I must remember to get a ticket.
I'm doing math homework and trying to decide what to have for dinner. Shrimp Scampi would be really tasty. But I have a plethora of turkey burgers in the freezer. Maybe I could make some of them for lunch?
I don't know if I mentioned that I enrolled for the second programming class in the fall. The instructor is an asshole, but it can't be helped. (I'm sending him mental messages to take a sabbatical, but given the economy, it's a lousy time to take one.) I've been doing much better in my programming class this time (and my instructor is different and quite nice this time around). The annoying one is my instructor for math, but I just don't ask him questions. If I pull off a B in the math class, I'll be happy. (What is it with a lot of programmers anyway? We had to deal with a lot of jerks when I was a tech writer, but I got to the point where I could laugh it off. They made one of my writers cry though, and I didn't appreciate that.)
Some carrot seeds shipped today. I wonder what I did with the potato bags? I want to grow carrots in there.
I did make (frozen) shrimp scampi, and it was delish.
Looked on eBay for summer shoes. I didn't find anything that I liked. I did find shoes that I liked on Earth Shoes' site, but wow. Expensive.
I gather that Mom isn't going to call.
I'm getting a headache, so I'm taking a break from math homework. I need to finish it though (at least the first half) and practice.
