A Day Mostly Glued to My Laptop

I'm wryly amused that Mom worries about me getting myself together in time to leave, but she's still puttering around the house at the time that she told me that we have to leave. She's used to Adrie1.0, who ran late all the time.

Lunch with Mom's friends was nice. The food was excellent, and Mom's friends were nice. At one time, one of her friends referred to Adam Smith, Wealth..." and I piped up with "Wealth of Nations". Mom said, "There's the librarian!" Actually, I'm a bit of an econ junkie, so that's how I knew it.

Now I'm working on homework. I got all my assignments but one done. That'll have to do. What a fall this has been.
