Light boxes

Does anyone have any experience with light boxes and light therapy? I'm considering it.

Not light boxes. I noticed when I have a
plant light on for the minature rose, I seem
to perk up just from this.

I've heard positive things about light boxes.
I think any extra light right now would be
of some benefit.
The days are longer & darker aren't they?
It's a hard time of year...

Hmm, I'll have to wait until I get more money in to get a light box, so maybe I'll try a plant light in the interim. Thanks.

The days sure are getting darker! It's been pitch dark by 5 P.M. out here. (I've probably been making matters worse by getting up late.) Today's a beautiful day, so I'm going to get out in it.

It's bright here also. Well, the sun is close
to setting. The temps are below zero with
the wind chill. Soon we will get around that
corner, and before we know it, we will be
complaining about the heat. :)
