Thursday - Friday

Thursday, I got up early because my aunt's nephew's mother and her husband were coming by on the way to the airport. Well, I squeezed a shower in. But they stayed and stayed. Then I had to scramble to get to the cowork place before class. I found the place, although I overshot the best parking lot. Made it with five minutes to spare.

I'm feeling overwhelmed with the discrete structures (math) class. I didn't contribute much to the group discussion. I need to spend some time figuring stuff out.

In the evening, we went to a local jazz club. The music was good. We also had Polish food that was good. But I was ready to go home.

I spent some time on OKCupid and Bumble. They have me looking for friends pretty far afield. Hmm.

I made it to log onto my class on Friday. They had some good things to say about time management. I think that, for the duration, I'm not going to post to LJ/DW every day. Afterward, I went in search of Aldi and found it. I bought a bunch of desserts because my family has a sweet tooth. Then I tried on my aunt's clothes. Tons of clothes. I have three large garbage bags full of clothes to take back. (My aunt actually was pretty stylish and had some really nice clothes.)

Then I decided that I needed to nap for an hour and slept for 3.5 hours. I think that the adrenaline is finally wearing off. Mom is asleep. I'm planning to go back to sleep.
