I have a tempurpedic mattress and have mixed feelings about it. The biggest issue is that it's very very heavy. You don't have to flip it, but I still have to lift it to clean dust on the platform of my bed. Also, when I first bought it, there was a lot of outgassing (with bad smells) for a few weeks. Some people complain it sleeps hot, but that's actually a plus for me.
