The garage door at my Mom's house is rotted and ready to fall. I asked my dad if I should replace it before putting the house up for sale, and he said, "Yes." He said that the house would be more likely to sell if all the obvious issues were fixed. Kind of what I thought, but I'll need to clean out the garage first.

Good News/Bad News: The old place is cleaned out. Done and dusted. I turned the keys in. The bad news is that it's late and I didn't get a lot of sleep, so I need to go tomorrow. My mom's visitation is tomorrow, so I'll see if they can delay it again or do a Zoom meeting (in which case, I'd come up on Tuesday). Otherwise, I'll have to miss it.
