I'm looking at Road Scholar's tours of the UK. I kind of like this one, although I also want to go to Cornwall. And a trip to Ireland and one to Scotland. I really need to start walking to get my stamina up for these trips.

I got the date and time settled with the priest at the local church. I made a reservation for the Celebration of Life and lunch at a restaurant that Mom liked, but I'll need to print the contract and sign it, so I need to get Mom's printer working. Mom's urn is in, and I'm going to pick it up on Thursday. The gardener worked for a while, but it was raining and wet, so he gave up. The pond guy said that he would stop by. I told a colleague that I feel like an air traffic controller :)

I need to pick up branches on the lawn before the guy can mow. Maybe I'll do some after work.

Talked to the pond guy for a long time. It'll cost a ton of money to get the pond cleaned, but he found the pump for it, so it won't have to be replaced. He also looked around and said that the garage door doesn't need to be replaced, just repainted. He said that he could get the sprinkler system up and running too (though with all the rain we've been having, that's not a priority). He thinks that we should get rid of the ivy on the house, but that would be a major undertaking.

I took a nap and slept through until morning. Got up and tried to get my mom's printer working, but it isn't finding the printer. I need to get the Geek Squad to look at it. Looked for a flash drive to which to save the restaurant document, but didn't find one, even though I know that I bought one for this trip. Submitted a Meijer grocery order that included a flash drive. Now I need to take a shower.

Personally I love Cornwall! I haven’t been to all the places on that tour though but I love Boscastle and Tintagel 😊 (only problem is a lot of other people love it there too)
