Got up at 7AM. Zara is giving me the “I want food” stare. Fed them and had breakfast. Read more of Four Seasons in Rome. Had a nice nap. Realized that I forgot to put clothes in the dryer, so I did. I’m watching Zara groom herself.

One of my neighbors has a little plot of tulips near the street. Maybe I’ll move the bulbs in my yard and do likewise. There also are some snowdrops in my yard. I found a Monet's Garden Tulip bulb mixture that I like. I also like the Rembrandt Tulips.

When I wash the everyday clothes, I usually pile them into outfits with a hoodie, top, and jeans. I’m trying to figure out how I can store them as outfits in my dresser.

Crap. The mailing labels weren't printing. I looked, and it was the right cartridge. Now I got them to print.

I really need some garbage and recycling cans upstairs. I'm using the plastic bag that the printer ink came in for the time being.

I wishlisted the StreetSmart maps of Rome, Florence, and Venice. I want to mark the church that I want to see on the Rome map.

Zara wants food again :)

I’m feeling like not going out. I’d have to jam to make it to the UPS Store. Maybe I’ll go to FedEx later because I have returns there too, and it’s open late.

I read a reference to Rome as the Eternal City (yes, I knew the nickname), and it made me want to cry. Anything having to do with time makes me want to cry. I think that all the crying that I didn’t do about my mom’s death is hitting me now.

I decided to at least take my shower. I could lie down while my hair is drying. Tidied up the kitchen first.

I need to get the lawn mower out of storage. I hope that it works. And I need to rake the lawn next weekend. I have a rake in storage in Michigan, but I need it now.

Tried to nap but woke up. Packaged my returns. My back hurts.

Crud. FedEx is in the heart of “Campustown,” with limited parking. And when I hauled the boxes over there, it was closed.

I dropped a box off at Goodwill. I dropped off an Amazon return at Staples.

Then I went to the storage unit. I found the lawn mower, but I didn’t see the grass catcher. It must be in the house somewhere. I also didn’t find my dishes (bowls and such). I found a large basket, a garbage can for the upstairs, a shredder, my poor pot of chives, and the Aerogarden for the kitchen. When I got back, I discovered that I couldn’t find the keys to the storage shed. I think that I might have dropped them in the car, but I don’t want to deal with looking for them right now. I put the chives on the front porch. It occurred to me that I could have a container garden there. Hmm, maybe I could plant bulbs in pots and put them on the porch.

I finished Four Seasons in Rome. I selected Italy in Mind: Two Centuries of Writers Celebrate Their Love Affairs with Italy as the next book to read.

I’m looking at the Aerogarden. I bought salad greens pods. I got it set up.

Hmm. I want to lie down, but I have a group project meeting at 8 PM.

I found the key to the storage shed and put the mower in there. Got recycling and garbage out.

We had a quick group project meeting. We're going to look at various topics and meet again on Tuesday.

I have a crashing headache and think that I just want to go to bed.
