Salads and Posters

I had some problems falling asleep, so I got up and booked a hotel for Michigan. I watched some of the synchronized diving.

Woke up at 8 AM. It’s supposed to rain soon.

Hmm. The people with the dresser that I want to buy are not picking up my message.

Zara is blissfully asleep on the bed.

They’re predicting more rain. I’m not going to be able to mow. Oh, now it’s pouring. I wonder if the gutters need cleaning because there’s a waterfall by the kitchen window. Maybe I could assemble the compost bin later.

I’m feeling tired. I might take a short nap after lunch. Had a nice nap. Did dishes.

Weird. I’m starting to like salads. I need to get more.

I can feel my belly getting flatter (and the tape measure is backing me up). Cool.

Went and got the posters that I had laminated. They did a good job. I also bought double-sided tape. I like that Staples. And I bought more salad at the grocery store.

Took out the garbage and tried to unscrew the license plate. I had doused the screws in WD-40 but no dice. Tried to make an appointment online at Midas but got an error.

The dresser person got back to me and asked if I was interested, and I asked how big the dresser was. No response. Now they have, but I asked them if I could see the dresser tomorrow, but no answer.

Boom. I studied Italian and got the past participles and pronouns that I was studying. I still need to come up with some questions and things to talk about.

I keep trying to renew AAA but keep getting an error.

I'm putting my posters up while fighting the double-sided tape. I hadn't thought about it but the posters make the ceiling seem lower. Got the Italy and Italian posters up. Came up with some questions for Italian. I think that I'm going to have a snack and go to bed soon because I have to get up early for Italian. Watched a little of the Olympic swimming.

It may just be on the outside. My husband uses a broom to brush off the outside of the gutter where the water is pouring down. That tends to do the trick.
