Silver lining

Well, some good has come out of the Night Table Incident. Harlee has now settled between my dresser and the wall, where I can see her, and she can see me. I've now started socializing her in earnest by coming over and saying hi periodically (and then leaving before she gets too stressed out). She also now can see that I'm feeding her.

I was even able to take a picture of her in her lair:

Not much else to say. I'm back on .5 MG of the Risperdal, and am experiencing no pain, but am experiencing some symptoms. I didn't call the doctor.

I like cat pictures. That’s a pretty stately picture of Random. He’s a good-looking cat by the way, I like his white chest. I’m thinking that if you can take a picture of Harlee you’ve crossed over to some new trust boundary?

When I was looking at cat adoption pictures, I just realized how good-looking Random is. I've seen him so much that I don't really see him.

Well, Harlee seemed more scared of me than the camera. She seems to be slowly getting a little less scared of me--she used to shrink back against the wall, and she doesn't anymore--but if she sees me, she'll hide in that corner. It's going to take a long time to win her trust.
