Amazing what having energy will do

I'm pleased with myself because I exercised on 4 days last week, and have been eating salads for lunch again, and so forth. It's a start. I'm trying to find a way to get my metabolism going despite the meds....Also, I'm trying to deal with depression when the rainy weather hits with exercise and the light box rather than increasing my antidepressant dosage.

Thanks! So far, the weather has been unusually sunny. We'll see what happens when it gets rainy and gloomy for days on end -;) I'm hoping to start some new habits before then.
