How hard is it to replace faucets? I have some instructions, and it doesn't look that hard. What should I look for to buy the right kind of faucet at Home Despot?

To steal from Alex, "segue".

I'm thinking of taking a biofeedback class at Kaiser. Apparently they'll sell a Galvanic Skin Response machine for only $60. If it's relatively portable, I could use it to check my tension levels during the day. Has anyone had any experience with biofeedback?

I think online tests are entertainment for people who don't watch TV.

Here's an unusual personality test, having to do with imagination. I spotted it on [livejournal.com profile] gardengnome's journal. I wasn't impressed with its accuracy for me, but others have said that it was uncanny for them.

...but you knew that already-;)

I decided that the best way to completely idiot-proof (<grin>) replacing the faucet is to remove the old faucet and bring it with me. (It won't interrupt my use of the faucet because I have two that need to be replaced, and the water is already shut off to one.) I have it partially uninstalled, but it looks like that I need a basin wrench, and possibly WD-40.

So I'm off to get a basin wrench, WD-40, laser printer paper, and a cassette recorder to record relaxation tapes. Rather eclectic shopping list, no?

I wonder if there's a local adult education class about home maintenance. I bet that there is one, but I think that I tossed the fall catalog (Oops.) It certainly would be a different change of pace from work, and useful too.
