Well, maybe not
Dec. 25th, 2001 12:18 amThe 10:00 show that the movie web site listed did not exist. It was too late to try to catch it anywhere else. I suppose that I could have seen Harry Potter or Vanilla Sky, but both seem more like something to watch on video.
Anyway, I went to Denny's just to stay out a while, and I could not get the attention of the waiter to get the check. (It was really busy, but you'd think that he would look up and scan the room occasionally.) After about 15 minutes, I finally went up to the counter and asked them to get the check for me, and they wound up comping me the meal. It felt really weird to leave without paying.
I can't stomach working on my online courses right now, but maybe I'll mess around with Javascript.
