Improvement
Jan. 4th, 2004 11:24 pmSomething I'm doing (probably the weight training) is making it easier for me to get up out of a chair without pain. If I keep going at this rate, I might be able to take stairs more often than not.
On the down side, my back muscles keep spasming when I try to run. I'm going to focus on walking and using the elliptical trainer for a while to try and strengthen those muscles.
