Oy Vey

I'm trying to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist in Bloomington. (I'm currently seeing one in Springfield, and of course, I moved.) I found a doctor who is taking new patients, but they want a written referral before I can make an appointment. I called my current psychiatrist's office, and they won't give referrals, and told me to contact my primary care physician. I contacted my primary care physician, and they won't give me a referral unless I have an appointment with the new doctor. I called the new doctor again, and they won't give me an appointment without a referral....Oy, that's enough to drive me to drink on top of my existing mental health issues -;) And I'm spending way too much time on this, and have other things to do.
