Seeds!

I went to the store tonight and wound up with these:

I found an indoor seed starter that doesn't require a grow light, so I'm going to try to start tomatoes and mint indoors. Hmm, except that it just occurred to me that it might not be cat-friendly. I can tape the "greenhouse" shut though. Harlee is spending hardly any time in the office, where I'll grow the seeds, and she doesn't bother the plants. I'll move her food downstairs. Maybe I could put the greenhouse high up on something? Need to figure this out.

Added: I can temporarily move a bookcase in front of the window, and put the "greenhouse" on the next-to-top shelf.

I've received one of the vegetable container gardening books. They have some arrangements of plants that look artistic as well as being edible.

However, my stomach has been upset on and off all day, and I have meetings tomorrow that I shouldn't miss, so I need to crash.
