I've figured out what I want to do with my bedroom. I have
this dresser, a wicker chest, and a bamboo sideboard type of table. My mattress is on the floor. I bought
this cat tree for Zara. I also just bought the zebra version of
this trunk for the old TV.
I want to go with the kind of wild beast theme with
this comforter set. I have wanted to get
this bed for a long time. I want to get
this dresser to go with the other dresser. I'm going to put a small, round table with a black tablecloth next to my bed.
And I want to display travel posters, so I've been looking at AllPosters.com. I wasn't planning to get any posters right now, but they are having a 35-percent-off sale. Hmm.
I would love to have a good photograph of San Francisco, but all they have are many shots of the Golden Gate Bridge, cablecars, the rowhouses, and one shot of the Bay Bridge. Well, okay I just saw a poster of Lombard Street. Come on, photographers! San Francisco is one of the most photogenic cities in the world! Get creative! (Okay, finally! There's a shot of the moon over the Transamerica building. Not a bad shot. Actually, I kind of like
this shot of Telegraph Hill, not that I'm a fan of Telegraph Hill, but the houses look San Francisco-y (if that makes sense). Or this
pic of Hyde Street might be even better. It makes me twitch the way that I twitch when I see a place that I remember. There's a photo of Lahaina that I'm definitely going to get that gives me the same feeling.) Somehow I don't think that there are photogenic shots of San Jose -;)
So all I need is money. It'll be rather idiosyncratic, but that's okay. That's good, in fact.
