If Cats Had Wings, We'd Really Be in Trouble

I now have proof that Zara can levitate. Her boxes are tilting badly, so I moved the top box forward so that she can't jump on it. (No, I haven't assembled her cat tree yet. My bad. Maybe next weekend.) But I just found her on the top shelf of the closet, and I don't see how she can get there without jumping on the boxes. She is one hell of an athlete. I'm glad, though, that she has a place to climb.

Shelter from the Storm

Storm 1 has rolled out, and now Storm 2 has rolled in. The weather people are predicting that there might be "severe" thunderstorms tonight and tomorrow. Might be time to set up my "weather alert" clock.

Tent

I just bought this used tent. I like it. It's fairly light; I'd want an ultralight if I ever hike the Appalachian Trail, but it will work for shorter backpacking trips. I'm trying to accumulate the items that I would need for a camping trip in Shenandoah National Park over time because camping gear is expensive. Used gear helps.
