Crash and Burn
Aug. 3rd, 2014 04:36 pmWow. I slept for 15 hours last night. I must have needed it.
I didn't go the store last night, but spent the evening cleaning off my desk in the office. There actually was a desk under my papers--who knew?
On the docket for today: I'm doing laundry, and will work on the office while it's going. Then I'll take a shower, try my new makeup (!), take a picture of my new makeup, try my new clothes (!), go for a walk, and go to the store. Somewhere in there, I need to send a note to a Facebook friend of mine who sells Mary Kay and explain why I'm selling Younique instead. (I haven't dared mention it on Facebook because I want to send a note to her first.)
Speaking of Younique, their next conference is in Chicago, which is practically in my backyard, so I should be able to go. It'll be an intense summer: library conference in San Francisco at the end of June, Rare Book School in Charlotteville in mid-July (I hope--I'm going to apply for a scholarship), and the Younique conference at the beginning of August. I need to work hard on Younique sales so I can afford all that!
