days_unfolding: (flower opening)
I went to the gym tonight after work. I was surprised that some body builders were there (this was at 11 PM!), but I ignored them and got on with it. The gym owner gave me a set of exercises to do. The 15 minutes of cardio was pretty wimpy, but the leg exercises kicked my butt (which is good because my knees need help, STAT). I'm pondering the fact that I'm bugged by the gym owner's prescription of only 15 minutes of cardio and only going three days a week, but I really need to stop being a perfectionist, and I'll have no excuse not to go three times a week and work out for a half-hour. I tend to try to do everything, and then collapse. (I would like to work on my arm strength as well though.) Anyway, I did it, so go me and all that.
