Plan B

The good news is that my mom is back home and is feeling okay. She sounded good.

It looks like therapy for me is not going to happen. My insurance company won't pay for "adjustment" issues, that is, issues having to do with everyday life, which is the type of thing that I want to talk about. Even if they did cover the therapy, they charge a $65 copay. $65 x 4 weeks in a month = too much for Adrienne to afford.

Did I mention that my insurance sucks? I suppose that it's better than nothing. Barely. I'm going to have to go to a town 30 miles away to get a blood test because it's the only place that my insurance company will cover.

So I'm looking for alternatives. I'm looking into support groups and online therapy. We'll see how this goes. I found a support group for my financial issues, but it's on Tuesday nights in a town an hour away. Not going to happen.

At least I have my fuzzy Zen master (Zara) to cuddle. The other two complain a lot and are a lot less Zen-like. Zara just takes things at they come, as long as it's not going to the vet.
