The Junk Hauler Came!

It's snowing. I need to get ready quickly so that I can drive at a reasonable pace.

I got out early. I stopped at Circle K on the way out and realized that I left my purse at home, so back I went. I'm glad that I realized it in Urbana because if I had gotten to Lincoln without it, I would have been really upset.

Now I'm waiting for the junk hauler. They called and said that they were leaving, so this might actually happen.

I've stopped trying to pack until the haulers get here because I need to load stuff in the car. Now I'm just waiting. There was a cute cat outside my place looking quizzically at me.

The futon and washer are gone. So, yay. Now I'm at Steak and Shake for lunch.

I'm feeling dangerously tired, so I'm going to nap a little on an air mattress. Woke up freezing. Oh, I figured out why I was freezing. I smelled gas earlier, apparently I knocked a knob on the stove slightly, and turned off the heat and opened the front door. The heat is now back on.

Okay, I've got the bathroom done except some stuff that I need to hand carry and a couple of items for the thrift store. I'm calling it good because I need to do homework when I get home, and I'll be back to pick up stuff on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Plus I think that I'll need to take Wednesday and Friday afternoon off of work. Oh hell, must remember to finish sweeping out the storage space.

A friend of my mom's called me to chat. I texted her that I was cleaning out my old place and will try to call her on Tuesday night. My head kind of exploded with the extra task.

Okay, back home, and fed the ravening hordes. I think that it's soup time for me. Oh, I am wiped out. I think that I'll have the soup and crash, and get up early to work on homework.

I've decided to try the Cat Clinic of Central Illinois when the girls need their checkup. I'm hoping that they will do a good job of handling Zara.

Whoops, I got distracted by exchanging texts with my mom's friend and forgot to post. I'm in bed now, so no. I'll post this tomorrow.
