Dilemma

I'm in a dilemma. One of the keys on the digital piano sticks. (You can see it in the picture.) That's the only key that sticks; I tested the rest of them. However, nothing was said in the auction listing about a sticking key. It's one of the lower keys that won't get used much; I could live with it for a while and get it fixed later. I'm annoyed, though, because it wasn't cheap. Sending it back wouldn't be practical because I destroyed the packaging getting it out of the box. I'd also have to get help carrying it out of here. (It's 50 pounds in weight.) I'll probably live with it.

I think that I'm going to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get new speakers for the digital piano. Right now, I'm using computer speakers with an adapter stolen from one of my headphones.

I would be sure to let the seller know right away and ask for compensation in getting it fixed. If they refuse, I would put it in their feedback and report them.

Honestly presenting items is the backbone of auctions!

Unsticking a key shouldn't be a big deal. Look for a local music shop that does keyboard repairs.
