Christmas 2003

days_unfolding...Snowflakes drifting down and choral music (Chanticleer) on the stereo. The day had a serenity that it so often doesn't have.
I woke up to snow on the ground, and ran around taking pictures of the snow. (I mostly took them from inside the warm house, but asked my mom to take a picture of me out in the snow in full Midwesternbattle winter regalia. (I'll post it when I get back to California.)
We had our traditional cheese fondue and opened presents. I just woke up from a nap. Later, we're calling my aunt and uncle in Chicago and are going to eat again. Hope that everyone's Christmas was as relaxing.
