I exchanged e-mail with my personal coach, confirming that we had a session on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday...and she wasn't there. Steam was coming out of my ears. So I e-mailed her again, and she said "Oops--three people canceled, and I grouped you with them by mistake," and promised to "do better." I think her organization skills could use some work. Anyway, we had a session on Thursday. I'm reserving judgment. It is useful to have to account for what I've gotten done on a weekly basis, but I'm not sure about her as a coach. We'll see.

I finally brought the car in to be fixed. The people in the Service department at Stevens Creek Honda are incredibly nice. I need to bring the car in one more time when the parts come in.

It was way cool to see snow on the mountains.

My new medication does seem to be helping me wake up and give me more energy.

Work was fairly quiet this week, except that it heated up Friday afternoon. (It figures -;) We get Monday off, so I'm looking forward to the three-day weekend.

I'm planning to mostly stay home this weekend and do a lot of cleaning and a lot of reading.

So all's well, even if not terribly exciting right now.
