Question for California voters

days_unfoldingI re-registered as "decline to state" a party. I've heard that non-partisan voters can vote in the Democratic primary. However, I received only a list of propositions in the mail. When I go to vote, should I ask for a Democratic ballot? I'm not sure how this works.
