days_unfoldingI met with the real estate agent tonight. The good news is that she thinks that we can get more money than I had thought and that the condo will sell quickly.
The bad news (well for me, anyway) is that she wants me to get as much stuff out of my condo as possible over the next two weeks. I need to start with the garage so that I'll have room to put stuff in the garage. Yikes.
Guess I better log off of LJ....
