days_unfoldingAn ex-boyfriend of mine (circa late high school and early college) added me as a connection on LinkedIn a week ago. He identified himself as a "Friend" and asked me if I "care to get in touch"?
So I accepted the connection. I looked at his profile and found an e-mail address. I fired off an e-mail asking him how he was doing and what's been going on in his life. I said that the timing was interesting because I was about to move back to the Midwest (Detroit). (He's in Chicago.)
And I haven't heard anything since then. I'm wondering if it's because it was obvious I was single from what I wrote? (Last he heard, I was married to Erik.) Or maybe he's been really busy? I don't know.
It would be nice to hear from him.
