I made Fettucini in Walnut Sauce tonight. It's the first time that I've really cooked in years. (Generally I just microwave stuff.) It was pretty good; my mom and I discussed how I could improve it next time. Now I'm thinking about making Scallops in Parsley-Brandy Pesto Sauce, though I probably won't make it for a few days. I've been using the Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook, and it has some interesting recipes.
