Settling In

Harlee is making herself at home. She's walking around complaining, but that's her natural state. She came over to me for a good petting session, and even let my mom pet her a little. Zara seems more freaked out--she's been hiding under the bed a lot--but has been looking out the window, and let me pet her.

 

Me? I'm tired with a capital T. Harlee woke me up at 11:30 with her meowing. I'm considering a nap, but I'm doing laundry, and should bring stuff in from the car. I need to go to the store somewhere along the line. I have homework due today, but have resigned myself to the fact that I won't get it all done.

HRH the Princess Harlee has decided that my mom's bed is an acceptable substitute for the futon in Springfield. Uh-oh. I'll let the two of them work it out.

Time for a nap.
