Well, hell

I spun my car out and hit a concrete barrier. I'm okay; the girls (cats) are okay; the car is not okay. We're currently in a Motel 6 in Hammond, IN, and the girls are being real troupers. Apparently I'm not going to start my new job tomorrow....

The girls have been terrific especially given that the last two days were a form of "kitty hell". But yes, I've been loving them up a lot. I'm feeling more positive that everything will work out now that I'm home. Of course, my car is still in Indiana....
