Outdoor Plants

It's time to make some decisions about the outdoor plants. It's supposed to drop to 35 degrees F tonight, so I need to throw plastic drop cloths over them before I go to sleep. But that's just a temporary measure. I need to stop at Lowe's and get metal shelves for the plants that I'm going to bring in and some small pots. I need to order a couple of grow lights. I need a trash can to put dirt into so that I can add some more compost to it and reuse it next year. It's time to bring in the bougainvillea.
I had been pondering what to do with the blueberry bushes. They're smaller than I had hoped that they would be at this point, although they're still growing well. However, they need cold weather in order to set berries for the next year. I've decided to buy a cold frame, fill it with dirt, wrap insulation around the outside (bubble wrap), and plant the blueberries in there. That way, they'll get the cold that they need, but will be protected from the worst of an Illinois winter. I'll be getting some expensive blueberries from them, but I also grow the plants for my enjoyment.
Added: I found a "mini-greenhouse" with shelves and a plastic cover that will work for the herbs that I bring indoors. (I want the plastic cover to keep Harlee out of the plants after I move to Lincoln.) I'm having a tougher time finding a grow frame that I want because I want one with a bottom so that I can put dirt in it. Anyone have any ideas how I could do that?
