Black eyeliner pencils or brown ones?

One more market research question: do you prefer black eyeliner pencils or brown ones? Thanks.

I can tell you that most women seem to choose black, but I like mine softer, so brown, blue, lilac, grey-- those are MY choices.

Women seem to choose black mascara as well. For night, that's fine, but by day I always liked browns which are tough to find in drugstores now. (My fave nighttime mascaras are navy blue or auburn. Max Factor used to meet all my mascara needs, but POOF!)
