I was looking for a futon, daybed, or twin bed to put in the "guest" room (the smallest bedroom) in my new place. I bought a futon frame and mattress--for $10. I drove home V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W-L-Y with it sticking out of my car, and managed to wrestle it inside. (The frame is metal; otherwise, I couldn't have pulled off bringing it inside by myself. Still, I am woman; hear me roar!) It's now in the living room, and there it will stay until I move. I like it. It has a nice dark blue paisley cover. (I better get a throw to put over it though. Harlee is extremely upset right now, but once she discovers that it's nice and soft, it might wind up being "hers" too.) I lay down on it, and while I wouldn't want to sleep on it all the time, it's not bad. It isn't a piece of junk. What an adventure! Can't beat the price!
