According to an article in the Guardian, cat people are more likely to be single than dog people, but they have better taste in books and movies. And there you have it.
Volunteering at the Humane Society is killing my back. I worked there this morning, and my back has been hurting the rest of the day (and it was fine on Sunday). I think that I'm going to have to drop out, at least until I strengthen my back. The other person who works on Monday morning also has to drop out because she's going to vet tech school, so covering Mondays might be a problem for them though.
I'm also tired on Mondays because I get up early to go to the Humane Society, which doesn't help my productivity at work. We're really on the downhill slide now; I need to wrap up everything else that I'm working on this week, so that I can concentrate on loading patron data next week. And the week after that, school starts.
I think that it's time to snuggle cats, do some reading, and crash.
