I'm feeling a lot better and more energetic. I'm planning to make four recipes in the coming week, so I've been writing down ingredients, printing coupons, and planning my shopping trips. Sheesh, I feel like I'm planning a military campaign! And I still need to cook! (Though the crock-pot recipe couldn't be simpler. Put four chicken breasts in the crockpot. Mix some condensed chicken soup with some spices and milk, and pour over the chicken. Cook. The only part that requires a little effort is making fettuccine to go with it.)
