Scones

I usually eat a bagel before bed because I need to take my nighttime med with food. I made some tea tonight too. It occurred to me that it might be nice to make scones instead, but I'll need a scone pan. Sigh. Everything is complicated.

Nah, use whatever type of pan you have. I've made scones for years, and I've used cookie sheets, a pizza pan, and a 9 x 11 pan.
