Winter Wonderland

days_unfoldingI did get my aunt and uncle's presents wrapped and in a box for mailing. But I didn't get it done in time to go to the post office, plus I couldn't find my mailing labels. (I've since found them.) I planned to run some other errands. However, it's been drizzling all afternoon, and the sidewalks are now icy. No thanks; I'd rather not play slip and slide.
I could run to the post office and bank tomorrow if I got up early, but it's supposed to rain again, turn to ice, and then snow on top of that. Lovely. So I'm not holding my breath about going out. The pet sitter is supposed to come over tomorrow, but I should text her and say that Sunday would work for me too, in case she doesn't want to go out either.
Good night to stay home and clean.
