As for my mom, she's doing well. She said that when she first got out of the hospital, she was completely exhausted. (I commented that her body had had repeated assaults, so it's expected that she'd need some recovery time.) But she got up enough energy to clean house before I came. (I had expected to have to help her clean.) And we went out and did stuff. I don't know if she's collapsed right now. I'm collapsing; the drive took it out of me. And I'm getting older too :)
I'm happy that my mom enjoyed my visit. I wish that I could have stayed longer, but as it is, we spent a lot of money taking care of the girls. Plus I'm glad to have a few days of puttering before I go back to work.
