Happy New Year and All That....

days_unfoldingI'm completely confused about what day of the week it is. My mom and I were supposed to talk tonight, but I completely forgot.
I didn't make my lasagna or dye my hair. Instead, I've been working on my over-40 beauty blog. I have the About page written and one blog post. It's a good start. I also printed out an e-book about what to do in the first week of blogging. I think that I want to read that instead of working on my goal-setting books.
I tried to watch the Eastern and Central Time countdowns, but the CNN live feed buffered at the worst moments. Someone outside yelled, "Happy New Year," so I guess that made it official.
The Moscato is good :)
Added: MImi and Zara got into a yowling fight. Back to square one....Hell of a start to the new year.
