Macaroni and Cheese

We have a winner. I wound up making baked macaroni and cheese because it got too late to make the quiche, and this recipe is good. It's kind of a fiddly recipe, but I'll get a lot of meals out of it. The only thing is that I need to decrease the amount of milk in it next time. I'll need to get more milk tomorrow because I used most of it in the recipe.

The good news is that my headache is gone. I'm still feeling kind of shaky though, so I think that I'll just snuggle with Harlee and then go to bed.
