Weekend, Finally

days_unfoldingI've been dragging myself through the week, and am glad that it's my weekend. I have stuff to do, but I think that I'm going to crash soon and sleep in. I hope that I'll wake up more energetic.
I've been researching Clearwater, FL as a possible place to retire. It has reasonable real estate prices and is near the Gulf. The nearby cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg have a high crime rate though. OTOH, so does Chicago, and I've been just fine there. It would be nice to have Tampa and St. Pete nearby when I want to visit museums and attend concerts though. My dance card keeps filling up....I still want to go to South Walton, but it probably is a better place for a vacation than to live there.
Harlee is being ultra-vocal tonight. I need to go in there and appease her.
